You may request a full refund within 14 days of any charge, for any reason. The refund window matches the length of our 14-day free trial, so a cancellation made shortly after a trial converts to a paid plan is covered.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net — Paddle's self-serve customer portal — using the email address you used at checkout. You can also email caroline@deepli-ai.com and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.
3. Trial cancellations
You can cancel at any time during the 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and there is nothing to refund.
4. When refunds appear
